Collection: Body Oils, Sprays & Powders

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in this collection?

This collection brings together three versatile product formats: body and facial oils, room and body sprays, and body powders. Each format serves a different purpose — oils for deep nourishment and targeted skin care, sprays for instant refresh, hydration, or aromatherapy, and powders for moisture control and silky skin feel. All are made with plant-based and naturally derived ingredients and free from harsh additives.

How do I use a body or facial oil?

Body oils are best applied to slightly damp skin right after a shower or bath, when your skin is still warm and the pores are open. This helps the oil absorb more effectively rather than sitting on the surface. Use a few drops, warm between your palms, and press into skin rather than rubbing vigorously. Facial oils are applied as the last step in your skincare routine, over moisturizer, to seal in hydration and add a luminous finish. A little goes a long way with both.

What are your body and room sprays used for?

Our sprays serve a range of purposes depending on the formula. Body mists and hydrating sprays deliver a light layer of moisture and fragrance to skin throughout the day - great for a midday refresh or after sun exposure. Room and linen sprays create an instant aromatherapy effect in your space, setting a mood or freshening a room without harsh air fresheners. Facial toning mists can be used before moisturizer to prep skin or throughout the day to refresh and set. Each product page specifies the intended use.

Are body powders safe to use?

Our body powders are made with naturally derived ingredients like arrowroot powder, tapioca starch, and kaolin clay — not talc. Talc-based powders have been associated with health concerns, particularly with prolonged use in sensitive areas. Our talc-free formulas absorb moisture, reduce friction, and leave skin feeling smooth and fresh without those concerns. They're safe for everyday use on the body, including sensitive areas, and are a great natural alternative for anyone looking to move away from talc-based products.

Can I use a body oil instead of lotion?

Yes, and many people prefer it. Body oils are excellent moisturizers, especially for dry skin types, because they mimic the skin's natural lipid barrier and lock in hydration effectively. The key difference from lotion is that oils work best when applied to damp skin - they seal moisture in rather than adding water themselves. If your skin is very dry, layering a body oil over a light lotion on damp skin gives you the best of both. For normal to slightly dry skin, oil alone applied right after bathing is often all you need.
